Hello and Welcome to Conch Casitas!

We’re so happy you’ve chosen our property for your vacation!

Before you settle in and get settled, we would like to make you aware of the Terms and Conditions in place at our vacation rental. Understanding and complying with our house rules will make for a comfortable and fun stay for everybody!

Upon making the reservation is evidence of your acceptance of the terms and Conditions and your intent to use this property for a vacation rental.

Please ensure you read and fully understand the house rules at the beginning of your stay. If anything is unclear, please contact us so we can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings.

Have fun! This is your vacation time and we hope you make the most of our property and take the opportunity to relax and enjoy the island of Roatan!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Check in time is 3:00pm and check out is 11am. Early check in or late checkout may be accommodated for an additional fee of $20USD, to be agreed upon with the host at the time of reservation.
Our property is for the exclusive enjoyment of our guests. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Occupancy limit is 2 registered people per casita.
We have zero tolerance drug policy. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in immediate removal from the property.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:

100% refund if cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival date minus fees and (4%).

50% refund if cancelled 15 – 29 days prior to arrival date minus fees and (4%).

25% refund if cancelled 7 – 14 days prior to arrival minus fees and (4%).

No refund if cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival date.

Medical issues, flight cancellations or other circumstances beyond our control will be dealt with at the discretion of management.

Sorry we do not allow children under 12.
There will be an inventory list of items in the casita provided in the Welcome Binder, additional charges may be incurred for missing items.
Keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., to respect other guests.
Our vacation rental is a smoke-free zone inside the casitas and around the common area including the pool. This is important to us in order to keep our property in the best condition possible. Guests can smoke in other outdoor areas, such as their deck as long as they dispose of cigarette butts in a tidy fashion and do not discard them on the grounds.
The guest will assume all responsibility for their party for the risk of using the shared pool and common areas and agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against Conch Casitas for accidents or claims arising from their use. No glass or sharp objects in or around the pool area. No eating food in the pool as there is a kitchen area provided for the enjoyment of meals outside.
The guest agrees to not hold Conch Casitas liable for personal injury or personal property damage sustained by the guest.
When using the common area, please be respectful of other guests and clean up after yourself. Be sure to clean the barbecue after use. (It’s much more difficult to clean the next day!)
While we know our guests won’t intentionally break anything at our vacation rental, we understand accidents can happen. During your stay, always report any accidental damage or breakage in a timely manner, especially before checkout. In case of accidental damage, we'll investigate the issue to decide if and how much the repair cost will be. Damages will be charged to the guest.
Please don’t take any bath towels with you to the beach. Beach towels provided for that purpose.
Please turn off lights, fans and air conditioning units when away from the property.
For security of our guests, there are cameras located in the common areas
We are not responsible for lost or misplaced personal items.
For any lost keys, there will be a $50USD replacement charge.
The hot tub will be turned on at 4 pm daily. The pool pumphouse is locked and is off limits to guests.
No pets are allowed on the property.
Infrastructure on Roatan is not first world and we provide no guarantees regarding interruption in service for internet or TV service cause by 3rd party providers.As this is a developing country, power outages can happen. No compensation will be given for any temporary electricity, gas, or internet outages.
There is ample parking on site. Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to their vehicles.
For longer term stays, we will do a weekly cleaning to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Additional cleaning services can be requested for a fee.
In preparation for check out please do your dishes and have your garbage tied and ready for removal. Place all dirty linens in the bathroom.
We reserve the right to remove any guest from the property who does not comply with the terms and conditions outlined and shall be subject to forfeiture of total payments for any days remaining under the reservation term.If you have any questions regarding the policies above, please contact the property manager for clarification.

We’ve set out these house rules so that every guest visiting our property has a safe, secure, and (most importantly) fun stay at our place. We hope you have a fabulous time!
